Or, should i do the same exact concept except eliminate the holding company, and simply have 3 independent LLC's, all with me as the member, and the property management company handle all of the transactions and pay the property holding LLCs a fee each month? 

With the exception of financials. 

I manage all my properties except one so it would be hard to say I don't have the required hours.I also don't have a day job and RE is all I do.

You can start looking now and assume that returns you find on current properties for sale will be similar to what they are now with a few exceptions. 

You have to send thousands to fish out the exceptions.

I didn't even realize at the time what lessons I was going to learn in the future my father was an accountant and an exceptional bookkeeper and a math genius to be honest.

Overall I agree I don’t like the method, with the exception of when starting out with very little.

Speaking of junk, doing my research tonight saw a 1/4 acre lot for sale.....except that it is 25' wide and 407' long.
