I am looking for a real estate agent that is very familiar with rental and real estate markets there.I am looking to house hack so I am currently looking either for a 4(+) bedroom/3(+) bathroom single family (preferred with in-law or basement with separate entrance), or duplex in Thornton or surrounding northern Denver metro area.

The property is about 60,000 square feet total including a 20,000 sq/foot parking lot with two separate entrances and no fence surrounding it.

We added a private entrance/exit, turned 1/2 bath into shower full bath, added a closet and a kitchenette, so our entire lower floor is a fully private 2 room/1 bath STR, including laundry.Any issues arising from sharing a home with travelers?

For now everything is great, I just find another house in one of the best neighborhood in Richmond VA, Mechanicsville, a house 3 bed and 2 bath, easily you can rent it out for 1800, plus there are a guest house very separated from main house, fully equipped, 3 bed, 1 bath, 2 living room and kitchen , separated entrance for another street, and parking space for more than 2 cars.

@Joe FreyIf you are redividing the property into two units, why not simply put separate electrical and, if present, gas entrances into the second unit?
