Multi Unit Property, but is a modular home
Hello,
Any advice is welcomed! I am looking at a three unit property that I would like to do an FHA owner occupied loan on. However, every lender I speak with says it won't qualify because of the property "setup". One of the units is a modular home and the other is a single family with a finished basement with its own entrance and kitchen. They are not individually metered at this time.
Any thoughts? TIA
