What are some of the most awful and embarrassing deals that you saw during this period?

Would love to hear any stories about that specific scenario, success stories, failure stories, things I'm not considering, pitfalls, how what I just said is a  dumb thing to say out loud, and how dumb I am for having said it, and, once I know as much as you do, how I'll be very embarrassed about this whole thing.Thanks!

I am embarrassed to say I don't have any goals, yet.  

I am sometimes embarrassed when he starts rambling on about something and I have to go look it up to see what it is and here I am an attorney who has been investing for over 20 years. 

It took 2 years to find a realtor who is willing to scour the MLS for suitable properties,  show me 5-6 properties a week, write up all the offers, talk to the listing agents, and have skin that is thick enough that he is not "embarrassed" by my cash offers.  

I personally keep my FB friends to a strict list of people: I must have known them for 5+ years &  they must have a really embarrassing tidbit about me that they used as leverage to become my friend.

Thank yo so much for 'setting me straight', It is almost embarrassing I am so 'off' in my thinking... 

You will suck a few times and maybe feel embarrassed. 

If you think he's dodging you because he's embarrassed, then C4K may at least entice him to talk to you.
