but anyway.. like I said I took a few hundred grand to the sale. spent 10k and quit I knew I would get hosed if I kept buying .. and I consider myself a fairly savvy investor.it was too wild even for me.. but I can see buying in bulk repackaging and selling them off.. just like those that sell land that has limited to no value in the high deserts of CA and other areas of the desert west.. its an old and long played out game that's for sure.

@Bobbi Martinez It's not going to be possible to find 2% in the LA basin, but if you go to the outlying areas in the desert it is possible. 

When you do, what you may not realize is that all of those areas were run-down, decrepit and in some cases deserted not too long ago.
