Would you please share your experience with Aaron Cook and Covemark.

School, sports, clubs, college, and internships filled your calendar and you began to operate efficiently as a well oiled machine, if you were a car you might be a Toyota or a Honda, smoothly operating with reliability day in and day out. 

It has an oil well on it, so we plan to keep the mineral rights since there's no better ROI than ROI on something you don't have to put any money into - just hope the price of oil continues to climb. 

My impression is that housing price took a bit hit after oil price crushed a few years back. 

Has anyone experienced this in Cook County, Illinois?

It is a little tongue in cheek but I like it:"If you are cooking eggs and bacon, the hen is interested but the pig is committed" The point the book was making and I believe you are making is the same-you have to be the pig in business if you want to succeed (maybe just not to the point of having to sacrifice you life for it).

As you may recall, I have some tenants moving out that cooked extensive Indian food which tends to linger a bit more due to all the amazing yummy spices.Can you recommend a good carpet cleaner and maybe the same or separate company to give the house that new house smell?

One of the advice I would give you if you do start thinking about investing here is don't buy properties that use oil to heat water or heat the property, it gets expensive quickly.

Similar idea to what @Ethan Cooke is also doing in SF.While growing this business, the intention is to build the needed automation behind it for ourselves, which could eventually become a platform for all of you to use.
