I agree with everything @Jacob Chapman said, except I do not think you have breached any confidentiality with your applicant since you have not mentioned their name or any specifics that would identify the particular property that you've showed to them.

You could also redact any non-public personal information from any documents provided or disclose only to parties -- such as lender's attorney -- who agree to keep the information confidential
