That doesn't mean hitting or yelling etc.Most people don't know that much about it (I learned it the hard way, when I adopted a 1-year old German Shepherd and knew nothing about Alpha behavior.

There is nothing wrong with wholesaling.The problem is it lends itself to some unsavory behavior from some questionable types.Used car dealers have the same image problem.

I realize that that was a silly habit and I will not fall back into that behavior.

You should have a Tips Hotline.Maybe if citizens were more involved in tipping off officials about odd conduct, threats made and explosive behavior we'd probably have less shootings and crazies carrying out crimes.

Student tenants lack basic knowledge of how to keep and maintain living space and are often on their own for the first time without the guidance of parents so they try foolish and risky behavior which impacts the property.

With that in mind I am wondering, have any of you have had any real experiences with this type of  behavior in your own investing careers? 

Like something is owed to these people, because of their degenerate behavior.

Sorry you had to start using a management agency because of a tenants behavior.

Our lease has a clause about complaints, basically, I would give them a written warning about their behavior.
