We ARE looking for more properties and I too specifically asked ahead of time if we could add more IRA funds in the future.In our case, being a '3 way LLC', we CAN from everything we have been told, but we MUST keep each of our contributions into the LLC in the exact same proportions of 33.33% each.

we were lucky & had over 50 free clean loads dropped off & we used road millings from the county for the driveway base 1/2 the price of stone & it compacts into wet clay very well.Another issue is sales tax on building materials, get in with a guy who has a registered tax certificate to avoid same.Or as I did (lucked out) for one build we had the building materials trucked in from another state..no tax!!!

If I multiply 80 by 3700 I get $296,000, but I feel like $260-270 may be a little more realistic because people won't pay proportionally the same amount more for a 6/5 as a 4/2.5 per square foot.Is this good logic?
