Still on the market Lessons learned?

This is less one specific question but more of an outline of what I am trying to do in hopes that I can add questions as they arise.

It is definitely more on the urban units and less on beach / family units.

There's also the former option(college cities)-- like College Station, Waco, Baton Rouge.

I know there are rare situations where running away isn't an option and I'm not saying we have to choose between self defense lessons or carrying a firearm, it's great we live in a free country and can choose all the above.
