Nobody even pushed for clarity on the cases.

I have been looking for more clarity here myself, particularly around raising money from friends and family. 

Just to add clarity, the LP would exit the original Syndication while deferring capital gain taxes and launch his own PE fund. 

To put some numbers on this for clarity, the property was listed for $1.75M in late August, lowered to $1.645M after 2 weeks, with no offers after 4 weeks, and the offer is at $1.45M.

Did you ever get more clarity on this?

For clarity, I self-manage my 401k, not the property in it.

Hello all, looking for some clarity on a potential Contract For Deed sale.

Last question, since I seem to remember you touching on this at least once on here, but just for clarity, for myself and others who probably wonder the same:  is it best to "go big" right away, if possible?
