Could you often or always get title to the property or you get money back from the debtor/ a third party who wins the auction sometimes? 

I get contacted every now and then by a person wanting a corporate rental meaning that they are just brokering my space to third parties for mid term stays.

We've taken over properties with owner horror stories about their Flat Fee PMC letting their property sit vacant, or with a nonpaying tenant, for months without doing anything about it.So, where does the line get drawn between the focus on an owner making money and a PMC making money in the context of trying to align both parties' interest as much as possible?

I think she actually had a really good idea.she believes that providing gift baskets for first time tenants that include general house warming gifts, cleaning supplies,maybe a recipe book  and even a small book or brochure of how to care of  a house would be a great start to a relationship/good tenant.the goal of this would be to obviously motivate your tenant to take care of your property, keep it clean, and to create a level of respect between both parties right off the bat. that means (rent on time, communication, a good experience from beginning to end.)im interested in hearing your thoughts about this and if any of you are or have already tried it?

I stress that these are 100% third-party independent deals, I get no commission or referral fees, they are simply big enough deals that there is plenty of space for other people, so it costs me nothing to share the done due diligence.Over the last month, a group of us have been doing due diligence on Zero New Boston (https://lnkd.in/g5bdR56v), Woburn, MA.

So what do you think about Buyer's paying their realtor's commissions vs the old way of the seller paying the commissions of both parties (5-6%).

Best part is, I have multiple people saying they will invest in me. 

I love my sleep, especially while being away from the kiddos so looking for someone who’s not a party animal, or who snores.  

Sellers are forced to pay for their future counter-parties representation.
