Yes i want my friend to borrow the money and give it to me in cash. i will make payment to my friend separately .. he trust me and he knows my salary. my friend has an account with wells fargo, chase and bank of america. he was just approved for $5k credit card with chase. his credit is $730+ .. can he get a $60k personal loan?

Can he evict me for this?

Can he build for $100 /ft with those cabinets, countertops and bath fixtures.

I guess I'll take that as a compliment (in other words, "J can't be that dumb, can he?!?!")...

How can he work with you in advance when your not yet licensed @Young Kim or have yet signed a working agreement?

Can he delay paying for gas? 

My question to you all is: Can he actually successfully do this if I, the homeowner, dispute his claims and he doesn’t have the evidence to do so? 

There's just a lot that I don't know that I don't know.My advice to anyone who insists on doing their own marketing would be to learn the metrics of marketing (PPC, CAC, ROI), then venture out to see if you can meet the industry standards with a little testing money, but hire an agency also, and you can determine if the difference in returns is justified by the higher cost of the agency.Unfortunately, lead vendors and ad agencies can be difficult to deal with, and even harder to find a good one. 

Another concern is that he also operates a business that consumes half of the rentable space...he claims he would stay in the space, but a) can I trust him to pay, and b) he can't write his own lease agreement before I buy it can he?  

Can he design or modify house plans?
