I have only seen this work when the owner of the park also does all of the work and has a "crew" which is apart of their broader enterprise.  

You'll see lots of people saying stuff like "travel has fundamentally changed forever" and yada yada, but that's exactly what people were saying about work from home stocks and tech growth stocks last year and now a lot of those are down 50%-90% while the broader stock market is only down 10-20%.I could potentially see something similar happen in the real estate where a travel pullback pulls the real estate market as a whole down a little bit, but the most dependent/bubbly locations where people only buy because of the travel market are effected far more.Again, I don't think it will happen, but it is far more plausible than people give it credit for.

Doing some preliminary research so far and wanted to get a broader scope of opinion from individuals who live in the area and are much more familiar with the city and surrounding area. 

So I thought I'd get a broader view of this by seeing if others around the country are seeing their numbers down from the previous year.

If you are missing the ability to run basic numbers on any MF deal regardless of its size, you need to expand your ask from Op Ex to a much broader view of a MF deal.

He also has a virtual weekly meet up that serves a broader audience.

A small tip: don't target by zip code, the broader the area the best results you're gonna get.

It gives you a broader pool of homes to consider, and you can get in the door much cheaper than if you were buying a dedicated investment property.
