How are some of the ways that you have found investors to work with? So I can implement some new strategies into my business.
I am a newer real estate agent, coming from 25 years in construction and looking to grow my real estate business. Servicing Connecticut with an emphasis on helping investors.  TIA

I've cold call property owners and asked them to sit down with me. I find many on Biggerpockets too. It's a patience game for sure! Many already have agents or aren't really interested.
