Pro tip--make sure your exhaust fan in the bathroom is vented to the atmosphere--meaning out to the outside.....go out the roof or out the side of the unit or secured to an opening in a soffit vent grille off the house. 

I've been an investor for 18 years but transitioned to commercial 8 years ago and the deal flow side of things is way different than 1-4 family residential.

That becomes a "he said, she said" in court and I'd bet most judges would side with the plaintiff. ;-)

Is it worth to invest and learn from their program in order to start my co-hosing STR side business just to get some extra money monthly?

There has been a lot of emotional damage to both sides.

Hey Dina, I have a good amount of investment experience in the northwest side of Chicago.

Typically speaking we leave out front/side exterior photos on every listing, regardless of grandeur.Years ago there was a rash of thefts in South Florida where people were finding houses based on map and exterior photos and breaking in when vacant and clearing them out. 

I shifted from investing with a cash flow focus to the appreciation and tax benefits side of things.
