Hi everyone, Currently doing an adding value project and need to find a reliable Architect to help with permits, Does anyone have any recommendations?

I went through the same, I am an architect and real estate investor and got the license to support that.it seems you have experience and already some clients.I think EXP is the best option so far for that, beside many different income streams it provides.you can do both, residential and commercial from the beginning, and you are tide to MLS geographical locations, I will allow you to do both from the beginning.

You need at the least an architect who will get an engineer to handle the mechanicals.

In our case, we are working with a local architect and engineer that have close relationships with the city and the area of town.

I am looking for any recommendations for any one of the above professionals. I do not want someone "cheap or investor friendly" I am looking for someone that is timely yet thorough and detail oriented.I am looking to ...
