I have one waiting to close, which is annoying, but understandable.

I find its best to stick to my guns even in these trying times, therefore I'm not accommodating the annoying requests of the few inquiries I'm getting. 

I'll throw in how annoying it is to have a stranger enter my home and take pictures of everything!!!

That's not a tour, it's a slideshow and often a very annoying one that rarely even works on the mobile device that 80% of renters are using to view your listing. 

I have asked for it, but last I talked to the main property manager she seemed a bit overwhelmed (understandably) by a potential COVID-19 case in one of her units and slightly annoyed by my questions.

Yes, it makes me annoyed that they obtain a large chunk of money that was potentially mine and of course I wonder how to avoid that, but at the end of the day it is what it is and all is fair and well.Also, on a personal note, realtors are experts in manners, and I tend to be the bull in the china shop sometimes - lol - I'm not everyone's cup of tea.I might add some more but everyone else already nailed it.

Pools aren't as scary as landlords make them, maintenance is annoyingly consistent though. had to max out liability insurance on my end and activate a blanket insurance policy & require any tenant to prove they have 500K minimum liability. on top of that have to pay a company to maintain the pool to reduce my risks.

How much should I annoy the agent and how long should I wait to switch agents?
