This market is somewhat saturated, but there are pockets where STRs are still viable.

Each market is different but here in College Station,  I had 0 traction on VRBO and cancelled after a few months.

Now I'm considering selling it while it's still under mortgage and hoping to get top dollar for it.What strategies would you recommend to attract serious buyers and maximize my selling price in this market?
