Could you befriend a neighbor & possibly pay their teenager or someone else to do small tasks?  

Now that I'm in my early 40s with teenagers, I absolutely love having the increased flexibility to drive them to school, be present mid-day for anything or just having the overall flexibility to be present for who ever needs me, whenever they need me.

I'm a teenager in Gilbert Arizona.

As it turned out, their teenage son was smoking weed in the stairwell.

In a long day he could replace about a dozen or so windows with just him and teenage helper as long as he didn't run into any serious issues when he tore out the window. 

I looked it up and found he violated three teenage girls when he was 39.

I spent my summers as a child and teenager going up there, and it's always been my dream to be an owner and investor in the area.
