16 Year Old Aspiring Real Estate Investor

I'm a teenager in Gilbert Arizona. I want to become a successful real estate investor. Very new to the game but dedicating most of my time outside of school to learn as much as possible. Any tips for starting out? Or anyone in AZ that can help?
