I completed a large number of transaction, several of which I was extremely proud of including Pet Supermarket, Family Dollar, AT&T and Subway to name a few.

A car is just a necessity of life if you don't live in the city... so I minimize that expense.I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, so mostly I'm taking the subway into the city or riding my bike for exercise.  

And this is why so many get on BP or think about real estate and never do anything and its OK not to go forward if it is going to worry the heck out of you don't do it.. go buy a subway sandwhich shop or some other franchise those will make you money..

Or friends of mine that own multiple Subway stores.. your just managing your tenants ( the people that work there) before they go home LOL its the same demographics and the same skill sets and such to manage them.. and those stores can throw off some pretty nice money once you get them paid for..

Backsplash: Probably a subway tile look, either real or stick-on.Paint: I'm not sure what is going to match the tile and these pictures aren't the best.

Maybe pair that with classic white subway tile and white grout.

At subway the footlong that I get was $7 not long ago, now it's $11. 

Our dining facilities on base (which offer free meals to juniors/dirt cheap meals to seniors) are habitually becoming more and more empty with individuals choosing to spend money daily at burger king, subway etc. 

Anywhere in close proximity to city hall in center city, you will have pretty easy access to the subway systems.
