Be careful with these posts, this is when all the real estate agents come out saying their market is best, when it might not be.

I don't think this is something new, for the past few years I noticed the first 48 hours I post a rental listing I get a few emails asking if I accept section 8. 

Be mindful of recapture tax when selling but consider long-term strategies like a 1031 exchange.This post does not create a CPA-Client relationship.

Forgot to mention:knowing the rental laws and having a solid lease is a must--a level 10.I love @Drew Sygit post and list!
