From what I was told as well, you have a cleaner platform, preferential search rankings, more personalized service and professional photography.

OR border to just south of Seattle that had 10 acres or more of visible timber ( via aerial photography that was available at the courthouse for free )  then we reversed directory them and had tele marketers hammer the phones 2 to 3 nights a week.

Look for professional photography, well written property descriptions, etc.)There are like a million other things but that will get you started and notice I never mentioned price because honestly that should be the last question you should be asking.

The photos of the nondescript artwork and the poor night-time photography aren't helping the appeal.Just my $0.02.

Well, of course I would educate myself on professional photography first. 

Your photography needs some work as well.

I would get rid of everything that looks like stock photography.
