This is my first multi-unit purchase, with larger purchase number with high interest rate in the neighborhood i never had rental property, which all add together that gives me anxiety, even though i used to work in the area for 14 years....so i cant say i am not familiar with the neighborhood, just never owned any propertydefinitely never felt good at closing, and chest pain is real, i dont recall when was the last time i was happy at closing, it's always "why i did it again", then i remembered because i need to make more income.summer being great time to get new tenant, but also worst financial time for me with kid summer camp, summer vacation travel...etc
