Then the bank get final judgment and I met another auction for the same home.I try to earn but I lost it on Dec 19. the new  wining  call me I tell him I have a tent he tell me it's ok but he ask me to pay him the monthly rent for this month it's start at 3 Dec , and also I take the rent from the tent for the next month and give it to him  My question is : - is he have the right to take the rent?

generally no, at lease in WI because the attorney for the plaintiff will prepare a deed only in the name of the wining bidder, the winning bidder also appears on the court documents, however there are times when the bank if they are the high bidder will sell their bid, but typically this will be a double close per say.
