The only time a Landlord should reduce rent is if they screw up and fail to deal with a problem in a timely manner.This is an especially odd question because it's only one drain for the laundry which means it was a very, very minor inconvenience for a very, very short period of time.Let's say your property rents for $1,000 a month or $33 a day.

Thanks for your assistance.Lavaud,I'll be the odd one out in this thread and suggest a Windows laptop, they tend to be cheaper and, because I build computers, I like the freedom/ability of being able to shop around / customize it to my specific liking.With that, it really depends on what you'll be doing with the laptop, ie: basic email, MS office, BP or video rendering / editing for your listings-walk through, future rehabs etc ?

I increased their rent from $900 to $1050 in April, but the market rent in this area is $1200-$1600 for a 4/2.The odd thing is almost the entire neighborhood is a collective group that have lived there and rented from the same two landlords for almost as long.

I just find it odd that I'm not able to confirm this length of occupancy requirement for HP loans (as I'm easily able to with FHA loans).
