I realized that I left out all of Marin County: Marin, Mill Valley, Corte Madera, Larkspur.

I always cross check on the mls as well.

If you are aware of any properties that meet any of the following criteria in either of those areas, let me know ASAP and I'll cross-reference to see if the data is accurate. 

It seems really useful and has shown me some cool properties in different markets, but I’ve tried cross referencing the numbers in airdna and get much lower estimates than what the newsletter shows.So I’m cautious of how accurate it is.

With our rural site situated midway between the DFW Metroplex & Austin off I-35 with easy access from San Antonio & Houston as well as cross-country travelers and even international visitors from Europe, Canada, Australia & Israel, drawing guests was NOT a problem.

I also cross check the quality of their work by talking to the tenants, that’s why I don’t have to be on site.
