I'm an exceptionally fast learner and have at least average coordination, so I love the idea of learning to do as many things as possible myself.If I wanted to be equipped for the widest variety of DIY tasks as inexpensively as possible, what tools should I buy first?

Speaking from personal experience (BS, MS, MD...eternal learner, but done with adding letters after my name for now!)

But I am a quick learner so maybe after watching a few projects I can test the waters myself?

Hello everyone!I am a soon to be college grad and have recently been reading/watching everything there is about RE investing! I am from the Everett, WA area and am looking for any beginner tip, resources, or any other...

(find a college that is "adult learner friendly")Also CLEP out of as many classes as you can.  

One thing I will admit is that I am definitely a slow learner where I think I know enough (not everything) about doing the math for real estate and then several years later found out how wrong I was and wished I had some genius broker watching my back.

I'm motivated, quick learner, and have many skills as it is (basic photography/videography, creating fliers, etc.)Right now, I'm needing to network with other investors; help them make some deals so that I can make money to better MY credit/financial position to invest.
