Well if you have a contract they are not living up to, then you need to serve them.

In fact I have a clause in my leases that if I find out anyone is doing so it will immediately terminate their right to remain in the lease and they will be served notice.

@Nicholas L. in this scenario when you say house hack, do you mean rent by the room instead of by the unit?
