My criteria are pretty strict in terms of location for a place I want to live:Walking distance to Newport or ~20 min via public transitNear to PATH (<= .75 mi) to be able to get into ManhattanEverything I’ve seen in the forums leads me to believe any properties in areas meeting these criteria are going to be highly competitive, and I only have about $100k to put down on a purchase.

Hi All,  I'm looking to build a rental property portfolio and while searching online for a good location to start my search I came by an article (link below) that had a map function that shows Muskegon Michigan with what looks to be some interesting numbers.  

I am looking at purchasing a Land Bank Home in Grand Rapids MI.

I am from Melbourne Australia as well, focusing primarily on Michigan but there are lots of great areas to invest. 

I will be closing on a rental property that I have in Michigan in a couple days.

Does anyone else know if a service like this in Michigan?
