I see a problem with a lot of saturation in that area, and I can imagine that it is very difficult to stand out, and anyone that does operate one of those condos, would you do it again, or would you try to get a house next time? 

You also stand out as a wholesaler if you emphasize the certainty of closing with your offer.

If you don't get that straight right now; take your money to Vegas, you stand a better chance of a quick payday.

So at any point in time, I know where the business stands.

But I pivoted quickly and treated it as a business and it kicked my growth into high gear.

Having a professional-looking sign could definitely help you stand out from the crowd, especially if you’re targeting a more discerning audience.

On the topic of tenants fixing appliances, it's an old stand by idea that IMO is probably not worthwhile. 

(I have only done one deal like this) its illegal to pre sign quit claim deeds. if someone chanllenged U that would not stand UP
