Like others have said, you need to find alternative lead sources to find a decent deal.

Note: finding bank to finance deal seem to be more difficult than I was lead to believe.

Now my main issue is I need a fire detection system in a enclosed back porch that leads up to all three floors, but I don't know what's the minimum I would need to be compliant or that the fire marshall is suggesting what he wants or recommends.

My buyer funnel has never been more full, without me doing any aggressive lead gen.

I don't believe you would properly replace the debt in this situation.

I bought the book also & the link leading me to Biggerpockets does not work either & gives me the same error!

So it's more-so there a construction/maintenance company, who uses a PM offering as a lead gen and capture device to drive sales. 

As a powerful organization, I would like to see Bigger Pockets become a leader in not simply educating real estate investors but leading the way in warning investors about the real estate guru pitfalls.  

We have been talking back-and-forth and I am convinced that his action is going to lead to him achieving his annual goals in 3 months.
