If your website doesn't convert inbound traffic into leads no matter how good your ad is, it is useless.Yes, you can absolutely use organic marketing.In fact, the way you SHOULD do it is to grow your social media pages with organic value first (without specifically a call to action to win a lead).

Clint Coons from Anderson has great stuff that he puts out on youtube and social media.Anderson Advisors recommended doing an umbrella LLC structure if you're setting up multiple properties, especially in different states.

The agent has done everything for the marketing and open houses and social media....again people are coming every week.

Ask around your social circles for trusted friends.
