The bank I have used for over 20 years changed branch managers and the new guy and me do not see Eye to Eye. 

If you are really serious about the investment, use title company to conduct title search on the property to get a whole picture of all the liens and chain of title history of the property. 

Or are there branches of the duct system and they are on separate branches?

I would try branching out and investing in an area outside of DC to get started.

They would require your LLC documents, proof of physical address (no PO box), EIN and your passport (maybe also proof of address for you).Now if you can't go in person to a branch, you may have a hard time not being a US person.

Usually your broker provide an extensive training - you don't need any paid coaches.If you're currently with a small broker, try to switch to big chains like Keller Williams - they have excellent training.No need to pay for training when you already paid for your RElicense.I used to pay for Zillow/Trulia/Realtor leads - it's useless, almost 0% return on my money.When I switched to big brokerage, I've got so much training that it all worked.
