Belly-bands and shutters add a lot.  

And software firms that go belly up, usually don't just never break even, they're often close to a total loss.

When that fire in your belly is ignited by your willingness to contribute to, rather than take from society, the money will come regardless of what you do in business.You'll see me saying real estate is unique unlike any other business.

Are contractors willing to cut a little bit of fat out of their numbers to get the job in the leaner winter months?

Walk and talk, it's the most effective, belly to belly intelligence gathering way of finding out who, what, when and why!
