I'm eager to get my feet wet and get started, I've educated myself enough to take my first step and get the ball rolling.

I personally would take a higher interest rate to get the ball rolling.

The tenant texted me a couple days ago and stated “we have not lived in the house for two weeks, but I still have a table in the garage and a lamp and some **** there.”Should I return to the home now to get the ball rolling and get this place re-rented by doing some repair work or just wait until everything is removed/ the whole process is done with?

@Max Ball pretty sure there's a limited time in which you have to put the additional resources in like 36 months or something I don't remember exactly but it's definitely not over the 10-year period

In my market the cost of a general contractor willing to play ball with 203k is such that BRRRR will not work since you will not have sufficient equity after financing the cost of said general contractor.
