It included google earth, ability to find a lenders list, ability to create a quick buyers & sellers list, website creation, Squeeze page creation, automation when someone puts in info email is sent to them. finding current foreclosures,etc, Ability to give accurate information on Value of property, what sold,is selling,etc.What do you recommend for websites to use for these things?

I struggled through Mech Eng with a minor in EE.Then ended up in drive control automation & traveled the world on contract jobs.But that minor in EE saved me a lot of $$$ when renovating homes esp splitting the services for myself & others.If you're serious about RE investment an engineering background will save you a fortune & give you valuable insight into structural re-design (assuming you take some design courses) when you blow out the walls etc of an older home or add a room above an attached garage etc.It's a great discipline & you will never regret finishing.

I used www.vletter.com to turn my hand writing into a font last year - but they definitely charged more than $10.I've found it to be pretty helpful for a lot of marketing pieces (mostly, automating signatures and making the addressed envelopes look a little more authentic).
