One of mine is "balloon" framed, and while there's nothing wrong with that method per se, it led to some issues with sagging and bowing of walls, floors and headers. 

SE's like to manage projects and organize how they come about.

Dorms are set up for "strangers" per se, a house is difficult to get away from people you don't like.

Hi @Scott Lieberg, We have a few student housing properties in a couple different markets in the SE. 

Not Houston per se, but Galveston is a powerhouse if you are open to Vacation Rentals or a mixed strategy if you go with MFH.

like 3rd ward, SE inner loop, etc.  

Not sure I agree with a "crash" per se. 

SE Austin is to the east of I-35 but the Austin/SA coridoor is more to the SW correct? 

@Adam LaceyClosing one later this month and have another under contract.So I am finding them.They are not cheap and they aren’t “deals” per se but rather solid long term investments in a booming area.Greenville especially of off the hook so much mew construction and investment everywhere you turn.
