Then at least you will know if the place is a wreck about to fall or if a pest guy comes back with a $900 quote and you can get the place now for $45,000 you just made an additional $4,100 on this deal.

They might have been able to void the contract after the sale, but when he wrecked and damaged the car he is still responsible for his actions.

First, the credit report is absolutely ridiculous because just because I a judgement against me for a Harley that my ex wrecked and let go back doesn’t mean I don’t pay my bills.
