Itemize EVERYTHING in your complaint.Again I'll mention that I have never been through a small claims case personally but I have just witnessed other folks go through it.  

But I think from what I have witnessed now for months and months, something this eye opening needs to be repeated if it stops this train wreck from getting worse.  

Take pictures, a video what ever you wish and take along a witness that will be available to testify at the eviction hearing as well.

Even still it is tuff, I witnessed camera footage on an past maintenance tech that stole 5,000 from a community.  

Nice, Carlos, except I never put up any security for a neighbor, they just apparently used my identity 26 years ago and since it was never reported on my credit report before now, I didn't know anything about it, and I now have to come up with documents from 26 years ago which I do not have as I thought 7 years was the limit to dispute a witness he used that was an old, ill tenant of his that did not want her rent raised and is dead now, not a bank employee or even a notarized statement that would verify it, to to prove it wasn't me.
