Trial by fire, so...What is your #1 piece of advice for a new property manager?

I usually let the remaining time of the lease be a trial run for the tenants and if they are good tenants and good with your criteria and rent increase I would let them stay. 

Anybody worth their salt is already booked out to October.It's going to take time and trial-and-error to get together a team you can rely on.

I am sure your looking for technical's but honestly those don't matter at this point, you need foundational actions first otherwise just like yoo-yoo dieting you'll find yourself right back in the same hole if not deeper. 

Honestly I would look at your diet, are you eating junk?

Right now, we have the normal yearly membership and/or a 3-month trial version.

Hi @John Lee - this sounds like a pretty good opportunity to give renting out a property a trial run, if it's something you have interest in.

The Gates case was appealed but never made it to trial.
