Haven't looked back.It's my favorite so far if only because the interface is beautiful (magnitudes easier to use than Appfolio), but the customer support is also really solid and there's a great mobile app.

I am literally starting from the bottom of all of this and figuring out my steps so please, any advice, coaching, and support is very much welcomed! 

AIR is very heavy-handed and authoritarian, and their tech support is poor.....you will rarely if ever get an English speaking tech person and they are like robots and pretty useless.

Support is pretty good and I'm going to stick with them for now until something better comes out. 

I am now back working in the same job, but with a wife and kids to support I cannot ever allow myself to become reliant on anyone other than myself.

@Soh Tanaka unfortunately quickbooks no longer offers the single user desktop pro version, the version they offer is about $750 and if it is like desktop pro you wind up having to replace every two years because it looses support.  I
