Any Airbnb property owners or managers have experience working in tandem with private chefs to offer fine dining services to tenants?  

Cover lighting in tray ceiling - dining room, coffered ceiling - living room, tiled fireplace.

Lower unit: new floors, texture and paint walls, new light and plumbing fixtures, new doorsUpper unit: making a larger kitchen with an open concept living dining and kitchen, new floors, rock, tape and paint throughout, new trim and doors, new cabinets and new bathroom New windows and siding, 12x12 decorative concrete patio for each unit, new concrete floor in garage, new driveway, removing elec baseboard heat and putting naturally gas forced air in both units.

They said it was because I was running my start-up in the dining room!

Do you rent out extra space (like they can use the dining room as an office)?

We have been unable to use 1/3 of the house we pay rent for, actually more if you count the fact that the dining room and spare bedroom are entirely being used as storage for stuff usually kept in the basement.

We dine out frequently and I don't feel bad about that one bit.

I just wish there was a way I could serve her a 30 day notice and if she don't move out from my dining room yes she is living in my dining room the sheriff would kick her out.

For the small small things like nick-nacks or apples for a bowl in the kitchen, it might be ok to spend a few bucks.I cant tell you how many times buyers have said "Wow, I love that dining room set!
