My boss just decided to deny an applicant who has a Utility Collection (like Water, Electric, and gas), and I'm struggling with my criteria.Any Idea will do.....

My goal is to acquire another property this year, but I am struggling to build capital fast enough to amount to a down payment.

Learn from my struggles, going at it full-time is hard.

My struggle has been on the percentage for each partner since they are bringing 80-90% of the cash (for purchase and renovations) and I am finding the deal, putting the sweat and selling it.

I own 1 Single family LT rental that is struggling to cash flow in a small town (bought in 2021) - so no equity right now.

So we don't struggle for a few a months instead continuously see profit. 

We are struggling to know which direction we should go.We currently live in a condo that if  sold in this market we would net $80k.

Why are the lenders telling you they will struggling financing you? 

With the pending opening of EPIC, that should bring some life back to many who have been struggling..if they can hold out until then.

That is currently one thing I'm struggling with finding when analyzing the properties in my area.
