@Jay Hinrichs how about one stop shopping at Costco.My other thought is that RE brokers should not cooperate with other brokers but sell their own listings for 3% and handle the financing.

None of these strategies will stop the claim from being filed.The second part is what happens when the plaintiff or plaintiff's counsel knows you are a member or the sole member of the  entity that owns the property? 

Even if you're caught, you cough up like $5K and then find another tenant, or just stop renting it out and you're back to where you were.
