I would try to see the permit/inspection sticker to make sure it passed free and clear. 

Hard money sucks, for example, but if you're getting 20%+ off the sticker price then who cares (& people sometimes forget that you can rate/term refinance out of HML into a Fannie loan with zero seasoning).When wine menus have 4 reds at 4 price points, most people don't get the most expensive or cheap one.

You can buy two security stickers to stick on the windows and see if that deters the intruder. 

When I got started I bought a roll of 1000 4x5 stickers for a $100 online.

There’s always a tag/ sticker on the boiler showing model and serial, snap a pic in the future and you’ll have all the details you need to price one out.

Two of them are sticker price and financing.

I recall obtaining a quote for flood insurance years ago on another property nearby and having sticker shock (I think it was over $4k/yr) at the time.
