Do you guys come across annoying smoke stains on your windows?

I'm a huge fan of modern architecture and recently have been leaning heavily towards going the steel construction and stained cement floors route on these projects.  

She did not take all her property out,  nothing cleaned,  animal feces and feces stains on the floor,  carpet ruined.  

We helped paint the entire home, laid sod (and even paid for some of it), stained the deck, repaired the hot tub and did other various maintenance to the home while living there.

One area is obviously from a fish tank which the lease did not prohibit and the other is a pain or chemical stain which definitely won't come off.

You might want to get one of the lights that show pet stains, and see if there's something that's not visible to the eye.

If its well water , and the water is acidic , and you have copper pipes , you will get bluish stains in the sink , tub and toilet .

We have custom oak cabinets and the window/door trim is wood stained a medium brown, so we don't want to overpower the area with a wood grain floor.
