I do NOT have enough knowledge or experience in this arena to provide specific “how to” accomplish this, or even to provide specific”proof” of my position.  

How can we prove that any damage is caused by this specific tenant, given multiple residents in the property?

To find the best community bank, I would post in a local facebook group and ask which are the best local lenders to work with and ask for a specific contact.  

Our initial thoughts have been to look up in New Hampshire, specifically the Lakes Region or up near Conway.

We have a PMA, but it doesn't  seem to address these things in a way that is specific enough to where they're violating the agreement. 

This could be just specific to the real estate industry, but in both recruiting and cybersecurity consultants (hackers for hire), the ones that start their own business/consultancy, are the ones who after spending 2 years (usually exactly 2 years which is when recruiters will message them), the high performer will either 1.

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?
