@Andrew Self I would like to think that my company is the best and offers the lowest rates and closing costs, but perhaps I am bias.

Feel free to take or leave my advice, but I think others will agree that, for now, you should focus on maximizing your savings rate, building your credit, paying off any owed debt, and house hack your first deal—just my two cents.

You need to think of that before it comes up (I know this the hard way...because I forgot).

Funny, IIRC, I believe seeing this exact property as I've been browsing their site for quite some time now.

Many will promise high Loan to Costs and low, low down payments, but think about the Interest Rates and what you are comfortable with when it comes to giving up equity in a deal in order to do more deals. 

I would love a ideas on what you think might be best to do in the current market and may even be interested in partnering with someone if the numbers work for both parties.

I certainly think that’s a great option as well.

and i know that that there’s risk involved, so ill always be prepared for things not going according to plan. and i think starting small and gaining knowledge and experience over time is key.
